1. Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources functions with particular emphasis in Competency Assessment, human capital development, succession planning and a good grounding in overall HR practices in the Oil & Gas industry with 5 years in leadership/managerial role.
3. Exposure and experience in HR functions with multinational companies will be an advantage.
4. Experience in leading, developing and motivating subordinate(s)
5. A proven track record in the ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver timely

results.
